I went for an initial consultation with Gavin, the owner of the business, who diagnosed my issues. I've been going to Gavin for years and can't recommend him highly enough. Gavin some exercises to get started on my recovery, but recommended that I do follow-up appointments with Zoe, one of the physiotherapists in the practice. My appointment with her was about six days ago and she checked me out and gave me additional exercises to do to treat the problem. I have my next appointment with her next week. My appointment with her went very well. She has a warm personality and puts you at ease, as well as being really professional. I've got great confidence in her.
My appointment was a holiday emergency and I am grateful for fitting me in. Jordan certainly helped me, knowing it was a one-off appointment, and was professional in his approach, kind and helpful with exercises for me to do to help me get through my 6 week holiday. So very grateful. Thank you Jordan!
Very grateful for the superb care and treatment from Jordan, excellent people skills,easy manner,relaxing environment, highly recommend Him and the clinic for the physio and the pain management. Kept me mobile in a very stressful situation. Thankyou so much ,as I have moved, you will be missed .

Sam is a super personal trainer who is helping me build strength to alleviate historic back pain and coming back to fitness after a medical procedure. Delighted with progress and he is always motivational, upbeat, great choice of music at the right times to help me push through and achieve beyond what I thought I could do!
The massage provided Gavin reduced my pain and set me up for a quick recovery from a back strain. He is a very knowledgable osteopath and gives excellent advice on all back related problems.
