Avni Touch

Avni Touch is an integrated health and wellness practice led by osteopath and doula Avni Trivedi, based in London. The clinic focuses on mind-body wellbeing, combining osteopathy, bodywork, and lifestyle medicine to help clients connect with their body’s intelligence and restore balance.

Avni offers a wide range of holistic services including osteopathy, zero balancing, women’s health care, fertility and pregnancy support, postnatal recovery, and doula services. With over 18 years of experience as an osteopath and more than 20 years practising reiki and shiatsu, Avni combines intuitive touch with evidence-based care. Her treatments can help with issues such as chronic pain, postural imbalances, anxiety, fatigue, and stress. She also supports women through fertility challenges, pregnancy, and recovery after birth using gentle osteopathic techniques.

In addition to one-to-one treatments, Avni offers courses such as the Embodied Pregnancy Programme, Women’s Health Coaching, and Moving Through Loss. Her work encourages clients to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing in all areas of life.
