Elanic have been so lovely from checking in, to leaving the next day , my room was spotless, Tommy who delivered breakfast & lunch was so friendly, also all the nurses were professional & caring. Also the physiotherapist was great at explaining my recuperation exercises.

ALL the Staff are brilliant. I wish I could name them all! So personable, kind and caring. Nothing was a bother. I was looked after very well. I would have to give Nurse Rose a special mention. She was very professional with a lovely caring manner and we also laughed so much, which was medicine in itself! A joy to be looked after by her.

Personally speaking I have nothing negative to say ,never felt I was not informed ,looked after and everyone was amazing , from first consultation to operation and home was 8 days, Astonishing staff and hospital .

Communication. Prior to visit was regular and clear . I arrived at 7.30 and was processed quickly by the staff who were all very helpful and friendly and knowledgable. Everything was spotless and the operation went as discussed .

There was a massive delay which meant I ended up in my surgery 2 hours later than expected however the staff were all clear and apologetic for the delays and were keeping me updated when they could
