My only criticism is the lack of acknowledgement of receiving all documents at the beginning of the process. When I finally received a response it turned out, I hadn't received the Cyros test link. Other than that I have no complaints. Both clinicians I have dealt with have been so lovely and welcoming, explained the process and I have received the reports less than 12 hours later. Very impressed, thank you!

Professional, sensitive, confidential, well organised and easy to deal with.

All Assessments completed online videos, which meant many subtleties were missed and the clinician did not fully understand client.

I just wished we could had done all 3 part process sooner

Excellent, professional, thorough. Communication could be improved but service far outweighs the frustration with this.

All the people that assessed Willow and spoke to me on the phone or through email, and parent medical background appointment were friendly, understanding and listened. I didn't feel judged and Willow was allowed to be herself and throughout this whole process we felt heard and understood. Would definitely recommend Held Health. All the staff are amazing!

Good clinicians but the admin of trying to book an appointment, get a response to a query or just get a repeat prescription is a nightmare - even as a private patient. Dr Crabb - please get yourself some more support staff and urgently sort the system out!

Quick service for diagnose but communication with contacting was very hard to speak to anyone .

My recent visit was good apart from I had to chase for dignosed paperwork and also how the person who was accessing told me sit in the corner and not say a word even though as a parent I told them I needed be sitting with back support due to I just had major surgery

This was all remote - like I said before the communication was shocking but the service with Dr. Crabb was good.
