I arrived on time for my DCR surgery. The lady came to take my post-surgery food order within minutes of me arriving in the room so I felt rushed in making my decision. As I was not advised until after my surgery to avoid hot drinks/food for 2 days, my order contained both a hot drink and hot food that I wasn't able to consume as a result. Additionally, the nurse that saw to my pre-op preparation had apparently had to deal with another patient so I was rushed through last minute to make the operating theatre on time, which made me feel a little uneasy.
This is really useful feedback for us and we appreciate you taking the time to leave this detailed review. We will share your feedback about the food ordering process and feeling rushed with the relevant team so we can improve our service and hopefully prevent this from happening again in the future. We arrived very early but were seen quickly. All staff very nice
Highly professonal, consultation. Dr. Nikita was very thorough and clearly explained the diagnosis and their etiopapthogenesis , and the treatment options. I have enormous respect for her and complite trust in her. The athmoshere of the consultatison was friendly snf optimistic.
