Great experience. The staff were throughly knowledgeable and friendly, I was kept informed throughout 5/5
I am an online customer but I wanted to leave some feedback. The staff have been brilliant and have replied to my emails quickly for any questions I had. The calls from the doctors have been great and I knew I could communicate with them more than once when I needed further explanations. I did have to do a 3rd blood test as my scores fluctuated due to me taking supplements in the past. The 3rd blood test was sent out to me for free to make sure a clear picture is present to know if I can be supported and the fact they took another look was greatly appreciated. I am starting my treatment journey now and it may not be the cheapest but I am going on Test and HCG to support me long term and I felt the care of the doctor to suggest and explain the reason behind this rather than just sticking me on Test and not caring about my family plans down the line. Overall a fantastic service and practice, which you can tell thrives to be different from others in the field. Would highly reccomend these guys over the competition.
