Efficient and informed me of each stage of procedure
Everyone was very friendly and helpful, you were made to feel very relaxed and confident in the whole procedure you were about to have. The care from beginning to end was excellent.

I was very nervous to have my first cataract removed. Your staff were amazing and helped me to relax, plus there was a patient who absolutely blew me away with her positivity. She gave me a hug and I wish I could have had contact with that lady. Cake was amazing and relaxed me. Keep doing what you are doing. The whole process is amazing down to the phone call the day after the procedure. THANK YOU. I won’t be so nervous to have the second eye done.
