I think the appointment went well—they provided a clear plan and asked me to come back in eight weeks. The only improvement I’d suggest is more clarity about what kind of results I might expect over that timeframe.
I walked into the salon from the hot stuffy streets on the hottest day of the year so far into a haven of cool. I was immediately relaxed by the friendly welcome from two therapists.

Dr Roest immediately identified the skin issue I'm having which was such a relief. She did an overall skin scan and she also talked to me about hair thinning. I walked away feeling much more in control of a situation I've been struggling with for some time. She was very informative, thorough and helpful and I'm having some initial success with the treatment she prescribed. I'm so glad I took this step and it's good to know I can draw on this support in future.
I always have a wonderful experience whenever I go to 23 Skin. The medical care is absolutely excellent and everyone there is so helpful. It is also a very peaceful place away from the usual London noise. This means that if I’m early for my appointment I can sit peacefully reading a book. I have no hesitation in heartily recommending 23 Skin.
