I have recently had acl surgery done by Mr Boutefnouchet. From the pre care of phone call with Mandie to the after care it has been brilliant. I previously had acl surgery done on my other knee and this experience has been so much better all round, particularly the speed of recovery - I’ve noticed a huge difference between the two. With this surgery I had a new technique done on the back of research studies and am grateful to have had a surgeon who is keeping up to date with improvements in practice. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I was provided with research studies that reinforced the techniques that were used. Care by the nurses on the day was brilliant and I was made to feel very comfortable.
Had a septoplasty, it was a straightforward procedure, lady's were wonderful, thank you Sharon, Chantel, and Debbie 😘😘😘😘

Great experience. Operation and aftercare most impressive. Family member had a foot operation at another private practice who did zero follow up, only advising to do all follow up with their GP.

Great experience, the staff make you very welcome, they take pride in what they do , this puts you at ease and makes you feel at home. I was there for my 6week visit after my left knee replacement, all went good can walk about without pain or stick.
