My appointment was pretty much on time , the staff were helpful and friendly and the hospital was spotlessly clean. Great appointment at the rivers hospital

Rivers is a 'friendly' hospital. The staff are warm. Everything seems to be efficiently run. The place is small enough to respect individuality while maintaining a real feeling of expertise.

Nervous about cataract appointment not knowing what to expect so to keep to appointment time might well help.

The signage in the hospital could be improved to clearly identify where the clinics are and therefore where to sit in the waiting area.
