From the minute I walked in to the Spire Yale Hospital I felt like a valued customer. Everybody I met were very friendly and very professional , from the cleaners, the porters all the way up to the theatre team.

Very happy with Spire Hospital, staff very efficient and friendly. Hospital very clean , modern and tidy. Good facilities.

All of the clinical staff were very friendly.

This was my first ever experience of an operation in 77 years. I was treated with respect and dignity throughout, from my first consultation to final the follow up consultation. My well being was number one priority. For my operation, I was a day case patient, in at 07:45 home by 18:00, my recovery from the anaesthetic was totaly without any side effects, and that impressed me.

Tests and procedure carried out efficiently. Informed on every step.
