I recently developed vertigo following a viral infection and had been told it could take up to three months to resolve on its own. I had pretty much resigned myself to just waiting it out. I initially visited Task Doctor for a booked appointment with Dr R. Jivan to have a skin tag removed, which went extremely well—quick, efficient, and completely pain-free. During the appointment, Dr Jivan took the time to ask how I was feeling overall. When I mentioned I’d been struggling with vertigo, he offered to assess me and suggested trying a manoeuvre if I was comfortable. At that point I was quite desperate, so I agreed. After assessing me, he performed the Epley manoeuvre, and the results were remarkable—I felt about 90% improvement in my symptoms almost immediately. I’m incredibly grateful for his care. Dr Jivan is clearly very passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Had issues feeling unwell with flu like symptoms Even after visiting and consulting my local GP I decided to contact task doctor They listened to my concerns and symptoms are were able to very quickly identify the problem Swiftly and efficiently the were able to prescribe required medication and found local pharmacy that was open as it was a Sunday Feeling much better now Thank you to the team at task doctor

Returned from India with an extremely poorly toddler. Rakesh gave a consultation super quickly and helped settle our nerves. He was calm, understanding and pragmatic with his approach. He saved us hours of wait time at A&E and advised us of what we should do to remedy my sons condition as well as highlighted red flags to look out for. He gave us a great tip on how to collect urine from a non potty trained toddler and was sympathetic throughout. Highly recommended
