The Devonshire Clinic at 16 Devonshire Street, is within The Harley Street Clinic Diagnostic Centre hosted by HCA International. Waiting areas, consulting rooms and treatment suites are well appointed and comfortable and we have ready access to the latest medical technology including MRI scanning, lasers and state-of-the-art day case operating theatres.

I found all staff to be friendly and helpful. The consultant was very professional, pleasant and gave me a lot of helpful information putting me at ease.
All good - apart from no hot drinks in the waiting room
The whole experience was very pleasant. I was greeted at the door and directed to the reception. From there I was taken to the clinic for my appointment. The consultant (Rachel Sidwell) was attentive and listened carefully to my problem. She gave me a thorough examination and I felt I was in very capable, knowledgeable hands. She decided upon the treatment then and there and I was given a follow up appointment to carry out a minor procedure very quickly. The procedure was carried out quietly and efficiently by Ian Logan and all is progressing well. At all times I have felt cared for, valued and listened to. Thank you.
I saw Dr Kulakov about some skin problems. The reception staff were polite and helpful and DrKulalov was very kind. She sounded very confident that she was sure that she identified my skin problems and gave me clear advice as to the skin creams she recommended. Thank you to all the staff and to Dr Kulakov.
My visit was very pleasurable. I was greeted at the door, escorted to reception to check in then escorted to the correct area for my consultation. The building and treatment areas were very clean and I felt comfortable during my visit
My appointment with Dr Logan was extremely disappointing with regards to his lack of communication. I feel very strongly that I was not involved or adequately informed about my procedure. Needless to say on taking dressings off post surgery I was quite shocked as what I saw was not what I consented to. If I had been advised or asked about changes to a plan I would have understood or felt involved in the process. This not being the case I felt aggrieved and unimportant to this clinician.
