Referred for laser surgery- got a next day appointment. Successful treatment

Double cataract surgery performed by friendly, competent and compassionate staff - Surgeon, Ms Sandhu, explained the procedure at each stage to a very anxious patient. For all my fears, it turned out to be a pain free and quick procedure and the end result is truly wonderful.

From the first contact by phone to the post surgery sign off appointment, the care and attention provided by Ms. Sandhu and the team at VISIO Health has been outstanding. On arrival at the premises, we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff who made us feel very welcome and with the accessibility and cleanliness of the premises. VISIO Health are exceptional in their endeavours, providing first-class service with professionalism, kindness and care and we would absolutely recommend them.

Professional and friendly service, and very clean. I was seen the day I called for an appointment for removal of an eyelid cyst. I had to wait a bit longer than expected while I was there due to the procedure before mine taking longer than planned, but the team looked after me well. They even gave me a cup of tea and something to eat while I was waiting as it was lunchtime, which was really appreciated. My eye problem was dealt with quickly and effectively once I was seen. I have recommended the clinic to friends and will go back there if I ever need more treatment.

I cannot express highly enough how thrilled I am with the whole experience at Visio. From the first phone call to my discharge after lens replacement. Every single person there was polite, friendly and professional. As for the results - I could never imagine being able to have such amazing sight again. Would recommend without any hesitation.

Such a friendly welcome to this well equipped Clinic. Was immediately put at ease, seen and reassured all was well when concerned about my post operation for replacement lense.

Following a friend's recommendation, I made an appointment with Ms Sandhu. After a series of scans and examinations, we had a very helpful consultation meeting. I chose multifocal toric lenses for both eyes.

A routine op that went exactly to plan. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.
