Excellent service from all staff All queries about the proposed surgery were fully and comprehensively explained
2 very small points - the person I spoke initially on the phone said it would cost for initial consultation would be £245 . As other patients said in adverts it is free. Secondly as I am very nervous patient in Stirling they could provide a mild sedative Glasgow said they didn’t have a licence to provide this service but they sent someone to the local chemist to get prescribed medication ALL GOOD and a willing ness to please . A huge plus for Vision Scotland they have a door to door service My spelling might be not as good as it should be as I had surgery yesterday. 1st June thanks again will put a Facebook note about all the staff
Appointments were quick. Staff put me at my ease. Explanations of what would happen helped. Very quiet and comfortable surrouindings.
Excellent in every respect although I was a bit taken aback by the consultation fee of £245 - nobody else seems to charge a consultation fee. Rather expensive at £3495 in total when self-funding but , ultimately, money well spent.
the visit was second top none very helpfull and pleasent staff.
From phone enquiry, to quick appointments and cataract surgery in one week, it was a great experience.

Everything from first consultation through to eye surgery was excellent.. Everything expected in detail and the staff were so friendly and kind could not fault anything.... The surgeon talked me through every stage of the procedure
