Excellent,I was well looked after pre surgery during surgery as well as after. I had a special lens privately with Mr Ng. I’m happy with the outcome. Aaron is very professional!

I am very pleased with service I received today. The team were all courteous and friendly. I was extremely impressed with the surgeon Mr Aaron Ng who really took his time to talk to me, and was very helpful giving me reassurance. I felt comfortable throughout the procedure knowing I was in competent hands. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. The place is also very clean and peaceful.

I had an excellent experience with Newmedica Birmingham. It was easy to find and I was happy I was referred here, and my husband will also be changing to come and have his cataracts done here instead! The facilities are amazing. Staff are all accommodating and friendly. The surgeon Mr Ng is clearly an expert in his field as the surgery was pain free and I can see clearly straight away after the surgery!

I thought my cataract surgery appointment today was nice and relaxing. I liked the clinic as it was clean and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly. I liked the colour of their uniform! The surgery was better than what I thought it would be. Mr Ng was very professional, calming and friendly. The surgery went well and I’ll happily come back and do it all again!

My experience here in Newmedica is what most people want. They put you at ease and make you feel confident. I was recommend by my friend who had her eyes done privately with Mr Aaron Ng, so I opted for Mr Ng too on personal recommendation. I’m glad I did as the initial consultation with him felt personal and I was listened to unlike some other surgeon I went to before elsewhere. He helped me pick my lens and provided me with the relevant information so I was reassured. I felt happy he was competent to do my surgery. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I went privately as I had hazy vision and the appointment was very quick. Everything was very efficient. The staff here were excellent, approachable as I was made to feel very comfortable. Mr Ng was very skilled. From start to finish the procedure was pain free and quick. It went better than I thought. Excellent mannerism and a knowledgeable surgeon. Ten out of ten for nurses Teresa and Sabah, they need a reward for superior service. A very calm environment indeed , and everyone was professional. The service provided was excellent from start to finish. Tea and biscuits was perfect. The surgeon Aaron Ng was highly efficient, competent, skilled and interpersonal skills were excellent.That’s my honest opinion!
