The level of care and attention given was great - and very reassuring for both of us. Even though the procedure ended up being much longer than expected and likely quite frustrating to carry out - there was no lapse in care with my son being constantly reassured and informed throughout. This definitely helped him remain calm during the appointment - when he could have become anxious about his next visit.
