Mr Jones has been absolutely excellent. We have had such a positive experience with him as our consultant. He is always available when needed and shows extra care and support. We would highly recommend Mr Jones!

I honestly don't know where to start. I firmly believe we may well have lost the chance to have children had it not been for Ben. I should have been a very 'straight forward' case, but after a horrendous time at a previous clinic where we had been unable to make ANY blastocysts for transfer and being told to consider donor sperm to move forward, we sought a second opinion from Ben and we will be forever grateful for that decision. From the first meeting with Ben, it was night and day. He knew we were just looking for a second opinion, not to have treatment with him (as we were based in Scotland) so we had expected a quick 10minute chat around dose adjustments he would recommend etc. However, what we got, was an unbelievable depth of knowledge, expertise, individualised care and genuine interest in our specific case. Ben provided practical, evidence based information and treatment suggestions that he felt could drastically improve our chances of success. Many of these were things we had never even heard of, certainly not from our previous clinic, and really showed us the impact and the difference of choosing, not only the right CLINIC, but the right Consultant. After that call, we knew we had to find a way to try our next round with Ben and the team at The Lister. We knew the distance would make it tricky but Ben and the team went above and beyond to try to cater to our needs. They understood our limitations and helped us source the things we needed in a way that worked for us. My wife and I had Ben as our doctor for our two rounds of IVF. He was always so supportive and empathetic and would listen to all of our questions and queries. Ben went out of his way to be as kind and supportive as possible in our journey, being available at any time for any questions we had. We can't fault Ben at all in his professionalism and kind manners.

We went to visit Dr Ben Jones in Sep 2025 after 2 miscarriages followed by 6 months of no success in conceiving in our second child. He had come recommended to us by my sister who had also had trouble conceiving her second child, and she has just given birth to a healthy baby girl after receiving one round of IVF treatment from Dr Ben’s clinic. Fortunately - and at the time unbeknownst to us - we conceived naturally shortly before our appointment with Dr Ben, however we left the appointment feeling very clear on possible reasons for our failure to conceive as well as an action plan after agreeing to try for another 3-6 months. Unlike another well known fertility clinic in London, Dr Ben was very clear in explaining a woman’s fertility journey and how this changes over time, and he was also very helpful in utilising and analysing the data from the tests we had had done at another clinic meaning we therefore felt no pressure to pay for unnecessary tests. Dr Ben was friendly and not pushy at all for us to embark on IVF, and instead recommended we wait for a while longer given that statistically we still had a good chance of natural conception. This turned out to be sound advice - I am now 39 weeks pregnant and have had a healthy pregnancy so far. So although I can’t comment on any medical treatment itself, I can say that his manner, his professionalism - and ultimately his advice - proved very valuable indeed.

Dr Ben and his team were so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable from start to finish. No question felt like a silly question and they made the whole process so easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

We were referred to MR Benjamin Jones for a Hysteroscopy and Polyp removal as part of ongoing IVF treatment, he was truly a breath of fresh air during an incredible stressful time in our lives, he was kind and compassionate and always available to take our calls and questions.

Ben oversaw my treatment over the course of several months and I'm so pleased he did. He instantly put me at ease with his friendly, empathetic and approachable manner. He was always clear in his explanations and I understood the treatment plan he recommended, but I also felt very comfortable asking further questions if I needed to. I felt in safe hands with Ben and would thoroughly recommend him.

After previous IVF failures abroad, we had a consultation with Ben. He put us at ease from the start and was open about the different approaches we can take to get the outcome we want. His bedside manners were second to none, and he always listened to our opinions too. He would answer questions with evidence based data so we knew he’s working to the highest standards. After many years of infertility, we are expecting our first child. We appreciate everything he has done for us.

After experiencing a couple of heart-breaking losses and knowing time wasn’t on my side, I decided to go for IVF. Choosing the right specialist felt quite overwhelming at first, until I found Dr Ben Jones. His outstanding education and involvement in groundbreaking projects immediately impressed me, but what really set him apart was his warmth, kindness, and approachable nature from the very first conversation. From our initial conversation, my partner and I felt completely reassured that Dr Jones was the one for us. He made what could have been a stressful journey feel calm and positive. Whenever we needed advice, reassurance, or simply a spark of optimism, he was there for us, always responsive and always supportive. Thanks to Dr Jones, our IVF experience was not just successful but genuinely stress free. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and I know I’ll miss his guidance and encouragement for the rest of my pregnancy.

Dr Ben goes above and beyond for his patients. After reading many reviews for the consultants at the Lister, I knew we’d be in great hands with whoever we picked, but it was the patient reviews that encouraged us to book our first IVF consultation with Ben. From our first appointment, it was clear how passionate he was about his job and about each individual patient he has. He has checked in on us every step of the way, from wishing us good luck when it was time to take that first pregnancy test, to checking in at each scan appointment (even when he was on holiday!) We couldn’t have asked for a better consultant and overall fertility team, it’s all made this process so much easier and we are so very grateful for Ben and the teams’ dedicated care.
