"My partner recently underwent hernia surgery, and I wanted to write this review to express just how grateful we both are for the outstanding care he received throughout the whole process. From the very first appointment, right through to the procedure and follow-up care, every single member of staff we met was professional, kind, and incredibly reassuring. I specifically want to say a huge thank you to Mr Christopher Challand, who performed the operation. He was absolutely brilliant — highly skilled, knowledgeable, and very patient. He explained everything clearly to both of us, took time to answer all our questions, and made sure we fully understood what would happen, which helped put our minds completely at ease. The whole medical team worked together perfectly, and we could see that they genuinely cared about my partner’s well-being and recovery. The level of attention, kindness, and medical care was exceptional, and we always felt he was in the safest possible hands. Thankfully, the surgery went very smoothly, and his recovery has been going really well thanks to the excellent work and advice we were given. We honestly could not have asked for better treatment or support. My experience was the best I have ever had. Any more problems I experience he is the consultant I would contact. I would recommend Mr Challands to friends and family. If in the future I have I any more rectal problems he will be my first call. Very professional, accompanied with a friendly disposion and easy to talk to regarding my rectal problems. Excellent. Currently I feel better than I have for the last 6 months or so.
