Mr Daniel Apostol is a highly dedicated Physiotherapist with a deep passion for fitness, rehabilitation, and human performance. As the founder of Apostol Mobile Physiotherapy, Daniel provides specialist physiotherapy treatment directly at the patient’s location—bringing high-quality, evidence-based care and helping individuals recover, rebuild, and reach their full potential into the comfort and convenience of their own environment. He has developed expertise in sports injuries, lower limb conditions, and orthopaedics, helping individuals recover, rebuild, and perform at their best.
In 2022, Daniel completed his MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy (Neuromusculoskeletal), further advancing his knowledge and clinical capability in assessing and treating complex spine, upper limb, and lower limb conditions. His postgraduate training also introduced a body–mind approach, allowing him to deliver truly holistic, evidence-based, and person-centred care.
At Apostol Mobile Physiotherapy, Daniel combines clinical expertise with the latest research and performance principles to deliver tailored, outcome-driven treatment- all conveniently provided at your own home, workplace, or training environment. Each session integrates specialist education, targeted exercise rehabilitation, functional mobility training, and, when appropriate, hands-on manual therapy. This approach creates an individualised pathway designed to reduce pain, restore movement, and enhance long-term resilience and performance — allowing recovery to take place in a setting that’s both familiar and comfortable.

Daniel helped me tremendously with my hip replacement recovery. He helped me go from zimmer frame to cane and now no support whatsoever. I feel stronger now than 10 years ago
Daniel has helped me regain my confidence and mobility after my knee replacement. I strongly recommend Daniel if you struggle after your knee replacement surgery!
I’d choose physiotherapy first every time. That’s not because I’m against injections or surgery. I had steroid injections in my shoulder whilst waiting for surgery and they definitely had their place in that situation. With my lumbar spinal stenosis though, my thinking has been different. I’ve been offered further treatment options, but because stenosis is an ongoing degenerative condition, I want to make the most of physiotherapy first and keep future options available for as long as possible. Daniel has helped me see physio as much more than just being given exercises. It’s been about understanding my body better, building strength, learning what aggravates symptoms and, more importantly, learning what doesn’t. Pain can make you become wary of movement and lose confidence, and I think physio has given me that confidence back. For me, if I can improve function, strength and day-to-day life through rehabilitation first, that feels like the right way round. If I need further intervention in the future, I’ll hopefully be going into it stronger and in a better position than if I’d skipped straight there. For anyone trying to decide between rushing into procedures and giving physio a proper chance first, my experience has definitely been that the foundations matter.
Daniels very friendly and very supportive of my physio needs and has helped me to keep my muscles strong and health condition under control.
I saw Daniel after struggling with persistent Achilles tendon pain which stopped me from training for months! Daniel was extremely thorough and explained me clearly what was causing irritation in my Achilles tendon. He took the time to assess me and explain the rehabilitation process fully. His exercises made a huge difference and now I'm back running consistently with minimal pain! I highly recommend Daniel if you have a tendon issue!
Daniel helped me with my running injury and knee pain.He gave me so much confidence and helped me to gradually return to my running program without flaring things up.
Daniel helped me understand Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome in a way made sense for me . He also showed me that I can improve my symptoms!
Since my surgery, Daniel has helped me enormously. Having physiotherapy at home has been such a blessing, as it is far easier and more comfortable for me in my own surroundings. With his help and encouragement, I have gone from using a Zimmer frame, to a stick, and now walking outside without one. I never thought I would come this far, and that has given me a lot more confidence. Daniel is always kind, patient, and knows when to encourage me to do a little more. On days when I may not feel so motivated, he helps me keep going and believe in myself. He is a lovely person to have in your home, always professional, caring, and cheerful. I am very thankful for all his help and would happily recommend him to anyone needing physiotherapy at home.
I’ve been seeing Daniel for about a year now, and he has helped me through a lot. When my knee wasn’t progressing the way we expected, he recognised early that something wasn’t right and advised me to go back to Leicester for further review. That turned out to be absolutely the right decision. He even checked in on me while I was in hospital, which I really appreciated. I trust his judgement completely—he clearly knows what he’s doing, and that gives you real confidence throughout your recovery. One of the biggest benefits is being treated at home. I’ve had other services contact me offering appointments further away, but I’ve always said I’m happy with my physio. The convenience and the quality of care make a big difference. I’ll continue with Daniel for as long as needed to get back to normal. I’m very pleased with the support I’ve received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Thank you so much for your kind words and trust throughout the past year. It’s been a pleasure to support you through your recovery. You’ve worked hard through some difficult moments, and I’m glad I could help guide things when needed and get you the right support at the right time. I really appreciate your trust in me, and I’m pleased the home visits have made the process easier and more convenient for you. We’ll keep going and do all we can to get you back to normal. Thank you again for the recommendation.
