The experience was excellent. The Doctor was attentive and explained in detail all instructions about how the medication should be taken and what current medication I should refrain from taking whilst on the new medications.
Dr Dermot was great. Such a friendly and warm person and so professional.
Dr Austin was so helpful, answered every query (I had multiple) so professional and advised us on next steps with our query. Brilliant service.
Ad I said in the prior statement the advice from the GP was wait to see if you get worse or get better. There was not offer of any pain relief for my throat or anything to prevent my cough or reduce the wheeze in my chest.
Both at initial testing and in follow up appointment, Dr Austin was clear and concise in explanations of all procedures and results. I left the follow up appointment with a greater knowledge of all aspects.
