His instructions are clear, his logic is transparent, and he treats the patient as a partner in a high-stakes recovery process. If you are looking for a spinal pain management specialist who values objective truth over ad-hoc narration, Dr. Nikolic is the gold standard. I thoroughly recommend him.

Having suffered with severe back pain for 8 years it was good to be referred to Dr Nikolic and understand the potential root of the back pain. After a short consultation to discuss the problem and options available the agreed procedure was smooth and the recovery has been better than I could have hoped.

Dr Nikolic is a very sincere doctor who fully explains any procedures that are planned and expected outcomes, making sure you are always aware that sometimes there is no magic cure for some things you are going through and pain management therapy is also a part of his care to help you manage and learn how to live with any underlying health conditions you may have that also cause pain. I have had several procedures under his care and always felt fully informed and looked after by him and his team.
