Joyce very generously took time to listen to my concerns about my inability to hear clearly in crowded places. She explained the difference in the hearing loss in each ear and adjusted the programme for my hearing aids. I am delighted to say that the quality of sound I now hear is much improved. At no time did I feel rushed and I am delighted with the quality of sound I now hear.
Very helpful and informative, also super polite and friendly.
Joyce was really warm and welcoming. She was also excellent at communicating technical information in a manner that was easy to understand. Great experience!
Fantastic process. It took 1 hr only from booking to be seen for the appointment. Joyce was very attentive and explained the process step by step.
Joyce was great during my journey to get my first hearing aid. Very friendly, helpful, supportive and encouraging.
