For me this collapsed vocal cord is a constant reminder I had cancer. This is my first time under local and I was scared. Mrs Heathcote and her nurse were kind gentle and reassuring Thank You so much. I’m also excited that there is a more permanent solution going forward and am super grateful to Mrs H for telling me about it

I took my elderly mother in to see Mrs Heathcote at Haven Medical. An appointment had thankfully come up at short notice and the admin team were professional and helpful on the phone. Requirements prior to the appointment were clear and easy to navigate. The appointment itself was extremely helpful. Mrs Heathcote listened carefully and asked plenty of questions to establish detail. She made us feel as though we had time and she was very engaged in the process and outcome. She examined Mum fully and gently and at the end explained clearly what she thought the issues were and what needed to be done, setting out her rationale with detail and evidence but in understandable language. The appointment has definitely moved Mum forwards a lot and she feels confident in what she has been told. I would thoroughly recommend both Mrs Heathcote and Haven Medical.
