Mr Mark Roughley is the Principal Osteopath and a passionate advocate for health and wellbeing. Originally qualifying as an engineer in 2001, Mark spent several years combining work with travel before making a meaningful career change driven by his interest in physical health. In 2009, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathic Medicine from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine (SIOM).
Mark has built a diverse career, having practiced in a variety of clinical settings across London, Kent, Wales, and even internationally in Singapore. He is also trained in animal osteopathy, providing care for horses and dogs experiencing pain or performance issues.

A first class experience at the hands of a professional practitioner. Mark was kind and considerate, as well as thorough in every aspect of eliciting my medical history, examining me, and treating me. I especially appreciated the time he took to explain my condition, and the reasons for the pain and discomfort I was experiencing.
He's always calm and gentle with my baby, and helps with my bag and carrier when I'm holding my boy. He makes sure to write down his medical history since last we saw him, and he always makes sure any questions I have are answered
