First time I have seen Minakshi Jain and my experience was very positive in line with all my experience with the practice
Again I can not fault the experience - I had never had such a thorough eye appointment.
Minakshi was friendly and really very skilled. She took time to explain exactly what I needed to do to help with the dryness in my eyes. It was the kind of treatment and diagnosis that cannot be expected to happen at a regular eye checkup. It was a pleasure to have her care for my eyes.
As I previously said, Ms Minakshi Jain has an excellent manner, explains things thoroughly in layman's terms. A very attentive clinicians whilst also being very human! I have seen a marked improvment in my condition since seeing her.
Mrs Jain's is clearly a leading practitioner in this specialist field, she is incredibly knowledgeable plus puts you at easy while doing various treatments and creates practical treatment plans to sort our major issues associated with dry eyes. Overall a really positive experience and an amazing outcome from the treatment plan

I had my initial consultation and first IPL session yesterday with Minakshi and I felt at ease and very welcomed. She was extremely knowledgeable and made me understand what was happening with my eyes through all the tests made. I have many more sessions but By far the best dry eye specialist to go to.
