Mr Philip was excellent. He explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood the procedure and what to expect. The surgery went smoothly and I felt well looked after throughout. Professional, reassuring, and I’d recommend him to anyone needing urological treatment.

I had an excellent experience with Mr Philip who treated me for Kidney stones (2 separate operations). The advice and care he gave was second to none and he was extremely helpful when I developed an unexpected minor complication post the 1st op. I would not hesitate to recommend him for his clear expertise and friendly manner, he really made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail that was easy to understand.

Professor Joe Philip was the second Urologist I consulted regarding a large Kidney Stone which needed to be removed surgically. Having endured a failed surgery and a painful stent carried out by the first Urologist I consulted, I was anxious to find the right specialist for my situation. I was reassured when I met Professor Philip. He is approachable, caring, knowledgeable and a highly skilled surgeon. This valuable combination instilled complete confidence in me. He successfully removed the whole Kidney Stone and the elation of this outcome made me feel I had my life back. Undergoing surgery and the preparation surrounding it, is a daunting prospect, so it is of paramount importance to have the very best person for the job. In view of Professor Philip’s comprehensive skill set, I can highly recommend him without reservation.

My visit was a follow up consultation with Mr Philip after he recommended having a CT scan and flow test as part of an investigation into an ongoing bladder problem.
