was given Mr. Britto’s details by a specialist in Suffolk. I had been trying to get a lipoma removed from my jaw for over a year, I could not find anyone who was willing to do this operation due to the position. In the meantime, my face was getting lopsided and I was very conscious of this. I hated having my photo taken. On meeting Jonathan Britto in Chelmsford, I was so happy that he spoke confidently about the removal and to my delight said that he would have to even up my face, which in turn meant a neck and lower face lift. This operation was booked for a few months later. I opted to see the lovely Dr Shyamala beforehand at the London Clinic, for the Prepare & Repair consultation. By following her suggestions, I was eating protein and vegetables, drinking orange shots, exercising and getting plenty of fresh air. I really felt looked after and confident that I was doing the best I could for good repair of my skin and muscles after the surgery. She also helped me with a weight loss programme and keeps in touch with me to help me get to my goal. Its working. The operation seemed to be over very quickly, I had a faint memory of chatting during the procedure, but it all went smoothly and I felt no pain or nervousness. Jonathan called me the following day and I go to the pre planned checkups at Colchester. It is now just over 6 weeks since the operation. I looked in the mirror a few weeks ago and thought “oh there I am”, it was my face before the lump and sagging jowls, he had turned back time. Thank you. Amanda

After my consultation I explained the concerns about my eyes and I was offered a few different options , I decided on just upper blepharoplasty. Dr britto was happy to carry out exactly what I wanted and it was all explained well and discussed further in a second appointment. Surgery day ,I had chosen to have it under twilight, which was the best thing ever ,just amazing and the care I received I couldn’t fault in anyway Dr britto checked in on me after the procedure the next day on video call and I did text him a few times during the next weeks and received more Video calls, he always reassured me that he was there if I had any concerns . The swelling was minimal and I had no pain at all I’m now 3 months post op and wow what a difference ,I absolutely love the results. My eyes look so natural and have kept the look of when I was younger , I’ve had compliments from people saying you look well and they haven’t noticed that I’ve had a procedure . Definitely one of the best decisions So happy

Yesterday, I underwent a JSculpt Neck Lift with Jonathan Britto, performed under twilight sedation. From the very first booking through to the day of the procedure, the level of care and attention I received was exceptional. Every step was handled with professionalism and reassurance, which immediately put me at ease. Although I had read many positive reviews about this type of sedation, I still anticipated some level of discomfort during the procedure. I couldn’t have been more mistaken. The entire experience was completely pain-free and, to my surprise, incredibly relaxing. Time seemed to pass so quickly that the procedure, which lasted over three hours, felt more like 40 minutes. This was undoubtedly enhanced by the professionalism of Jonathan and his team, including his highly experienced anaesthetist, who has worked alongside him for many years. I’m now looking forward to seeing the results over the next few weeks.

Eye surgery is more difficult mentally as it is difficult to see the improvement .immediately after. Having said that , after a few weeks I was able to see and am very happy with the result

I am Extremely happy with the outcome of my surgery - 3 months on . My eyes look natural and my appearance has improved dramatically .

The recent visit was very good and gave me confidence the healing is going to plan. The checks up every so often do feel a bit repetitive thought

My deep plane & neck lift has been a huge success! Exactly what I asked for. Looks super natural just without the saggy skin and wrinkles. But my face remains exactly the same, just younger. Post op was very easy and I was back to normal life after just two weeks. 6 weeks on and I’m thrilled with the result. Best thing I ever did.

I had an endoscopic surgery with Mr Britto that had medical and cosmetic components. It takes a lot to trust someone with your eye and your face but I’m so glad that I did. The medical and cosmetic results have been amazing and Mr Britto (and Karen) have taken so much time with me, always welcoming any questions or concerns. The result is natural and effective. I’m still in early stage of recovery. The attention from Dr Britto brings a lot of reassurance that everything is according to the plan. It is my second attempt to sort out the problem with sagging skin of the lower part of my face and I can clearly see the difference: with Dr Britto I had three (!) pre-op consultations, which brought a lot of understanding and a very clear plan, I avoided general anaesthetic, it was a bit weird, but absolutely bearable experience, I had already had two after-op meetings, mostly to reassure me that everything is as expected and no sign of anything to worry about. More consultations have been already arranged, I feel a constant attention and I’m very pleased with it.

I had a neck lift, and am extremely happy with the result. Super easy, low stress, expectations met. The procedure was incredibly easy. With the Twilight sedation, I literally was not aware of a thing. They administered it, and as if nothing happened, I came to easily and the only after effect was feeling a touch groggy the rest of the day. Very satisfied.
