We had an excellent experience with Dr Parag Patel. From our initial consultation through to the operation and follow-up appointment, he was consistently warm, calm and reassuring. He explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand and always took the time to answer our questions, ensuring we felt fully informed and confident at every stage. His manner with my son was particularly lovely – he spoke to him directly in a gentle, age-appropriate way which helped him feel at ease and not frightened. This made a huge difference to both of us. We felt completely confident that our son was in safe hands under his care. The operation and recovery have gone very well, and we are already seeing a significant improvement. We truly believe the benefits will be life-changing for our son, and that having this procedure when we did will have a very positive impact on his overall wellbeing and development. We are extremely grateful, and would highly recommend Dr Patel to other families.
