All excellent. Clear explanations, actions and next steps.
I saw Mr Robinson for my 6-month check-up after ankle surgery. As with all my previous appointments, he was kind, professional and reassuring throughout. He has a lovely manner and always made me feel heard and listened to. I am very grateful for his support and expertise.
I had a really positive experience with Peter. He was very thorough, gave detailed feedback throughout, and I genuinely felt like I was in good hands. I’m looking forward to working with him further going forward to resolve my foot issue.
I was seen immediately , no wait. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The appointment was on time and I had an x ray which went well and on time folllowed by a chat with Mr Robinson which was very helpful .
A thorough assessment with very clear explanations and management options.
Overall, very happy with the care provided. I also have to mention how kind an helpful Charlotte has been each time I have called.
I’ve recently undergone percutaneous hallux valgus correction. And am delighted with the outcome. Mr Robinson explained my options prior to surgery. Having chosen to go ahead with the procedure everything went extremely well. I was kept fully informed throughout. My foot looks brilliant now, I have full range of movement and am able to continue with my active lifestyle. I’m very happy to recommend him.
I first saw Mr Robinson over a year ago for an ankle which had been causing me pain for a while. I underwent an ankle fusion first to stabilise the joint, followed by an ankle replacement. Mr Robinson explained everything clearly and made it easy to understand what to expect. He was sympathetic and carried out the operations and follow-up sessions exceptionally well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
