Rachel is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist specialising in shoulder and lower limb injuries, with a strong focus on movement rehabilitation and Pilates-based therapy.
Rachel graduated from King's College London in 2021 with a MSc in Physiotherapy, having previously completed a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation at St Mary's University Twickenham. She is Polestar Pilates qualified in both mat and equipment Pilates. Rachel is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
Rachel has worked in private practice since 2021 and has developed a particular interest in combining physiotherapy with Pilates-based rehabilitation. The Polestar Pilates approach has strongly influenced the way she understands and teaches movement, allowing her to help patients build strength, improve movement patterns, and return confidently to activity.
Rachel takes a holistic and patient-centred approach to treatment. She combines hands-on physiotherapy with targeted exercise-based rehabilitation to support recovery while also addressing the underlying causes of injury. She is passionate about helping patients not only recover from injury but also develop the tools needed to maintain long-term health and prevent recurrence.
Rachel’s passion for physiotherapy is closely linked to her lifelong involvement in sport. From the age of nine she competed in swimming competitions and represented Kent at a high level. More recently she has taken up running and completed the London Marathon in 2024. She continues to stay active through running, strength training and Pilates, and swimming which helps her relate to the challenges patients face when recovering from injury.
Rachel treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has a particular interest in shoulder injuries and lower limb conditions, including running-related injuries. She has worked closely with leading London-based consultants to support patients through both conservative rehabilitation and post-operative recovery.
Her goal is always to help patients return to the activities they enjoy, whether that is sport, exercise, or everyday life.

Feel I am making good but safe progress. Good balance of strecth without being too demanding
Rachel is first class as a physio. She listened carefully to everything I told her about my symptoms and I explained I wanted to be able to swim properly again. She explained her plan to get me back in the pool and the acupuncture she did eased my pain tremendously. The exercises she took me through to do at home clearly made a difference. I can’t thank her enough for helping me. I’m now stronger than ever and swimming faster than I did before.
Excellent. Rachel has been great at understanding the acute pain and longer term causes, treating the pain and giving me preventative exercises. She's professional but also fun to work with
I've been seeing Rachel since October 2025 and she's been brilliant in addressing my shoulder/back & hip pain through a combination of physio, acupuncture and a tailored programme that I can easily apply at the gym to support mobilisation and strengthen my back.
Rachel was extremely helpful in explaining my issue and how to resolve. She was very clear in the exercises that i should do on my own.
Rachel is an excellent physiotherapist, extremely attentive to my posture and movements during exercises to ensure optimal safety. She provides very clear explanations and knows how to challenge me appropriately. She is also very attentive to any discomfort, pain, or tension in my body.
I highly recommend my physiotherapist Rachel. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and she genuinely cared about my recovery throughout. Thanks to her tailored approach and encouragement, I made great progress and feel so much better. She is a fantastic physio and a great person - I’m very grateful for her help. Thank you Rachel!
I am a 73 year old woman with a diagnosis of osteoporosis. I work with Rachel once a week, focusing on strength training (based mainly on the Australian LIFTMOR trial). Rachel is totally professional and really knowledgeable. She has excellent people skills and this makes us feel empowered, while having fun. I am really enjoying my sessions with Rachel, plus my DEXA scores have greatly improved!
Rachel was very helpful in my recovery journey, highly recommend
