1st visit-i he toon x ray and new medicine-explained to me very well
I was not kept waiting for too long a was seen around my appointment time. I was listened too and given the best advice on how to manage my pain effectively. My only concern is when I tried processing my prescription I was given the pharmacy couldn’t administer it because the correct information was not written on the slip, so I need to come back to get it changed before they will administer my new pain medication. For now it’s ok, as I have some pain meds that can see me through until I ca get back to the hospital. Dr Veena is very approachable and makes you feel at ease and is happy to answer any questions or offer advice to help you.
