I have recently had bilateral cataract surgery with Mr Patel and was very pleased with the experience. Mr Patel has a very pleasant bedside manner and I was made to feel at ease during my initial consultation. The various lens options were explained very clearly and all my questions were answered fully. I then had a second consultation to further discuss my preferred options and arrive at a decision regarding lenses. On the day of the operation Mr Patel made me feel very relaxed about the procedure and everything went smoothly. He explained in advance exactly what would happen and kept me informed during the procedure of what was happening and what to expect. I am very pleased with the results of the surgery. The EDOF lenses I choose under guidance are exactly right for my lifestyle and needs I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Patel if you are considering cataract surgery

My experience I would rate as excellent overall, from the initial consultation thru the post surgery review I had yesterday. Mr Patel was great in explaining all aspects of the procedure and making me feel at ease. I am very happy with the result particularly from the improvement in eye comfort post surgery, my eyes immediately felt much lighter and less gritty and uncomfortable. From a cosmetic point of view my eyes already look much improved and I have the crease back in my eyelids. Looking forward to even more improvement once the residual swelling goes down.
