I booked an appointment to see Mr Vinod Kolimarala following some abnormal stool sample results with my 11 month old Son. He’s been poorly for some time and I felt I wasn’t being taken seriously with my GP. Straight away, Femi reassured me both on the phone and via email that his results are commonly seen at the practice and they will do everything to get to the underlying cause of his inflammation. When we got the practice the receptionist instantly made my Son smile with her warm and friendly approach. I was instantly at ease. The waiting area had toys, books and drinks facilities. It was the perfect area to hang out in. Our appointment was at 12pm and by 1pm we were on our way home with a confirmed allergy after a non-invasive, quick and pain-free skin prick test. We were explained everything so clearly by Mr Vinod Kolimarala who had an amazing bedside manner. He contacted a colleague dietician via email while we were in his care and explained our next steps very clearly. I have never experienced anything like this! For the last 3 months I’ve been dismissed by my GP but today I finally have clarity and validation. I cannot thank you all enough for your help.

Mr Kolimarala attended my eleven year old son who had been experiencing stomach cramps. His examination was explained prior to being carried out and put my son at ease. His conclusions were explained demonstrating his obvious wealth of experience - albeit in just too speedy a manner to immediately understand, however we were given the opportunity to pose questions. He has suggested a course of action which sounds positive and we look forward to seeing him for a recap n a few weeks time.
