Mr Will Dean is a highly experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist renowned for his expertise in cataracts, cataract surgery (including premium intra-ocular lenses, and advanced cataract), blurred vision, glaucoma, and ocular hypertension. I was highly short sighted and have MS. Mr Dean kept me able see food unaided. Slightly short sighted as I requested. With MS my mobility was dramaticaly affected by cateracts. Now Mr Dean has carefully and professionally removed cateracts Im able to walk much better. His care was very valuable as I was scared.
The appt was on time. Mr Dean showed real interest on my progress and carried out tests and examinations to show my operations had been very successful.
I was looked after with great understanding as I was a very nervous patient. Mr Dean had a calming 'bedside' manner, and in time if I need another cataract op I hope I could request Mr Dean to be my surgeon .
My mum had a very good experience with Mr Dean. Her surgery went well and she’s recovering well too. From the very first consultation with Mr Dean, he was very welcoming, he explained the process end to end. He provided my mum with a lot of reassurance all through the process. He followed up after both surgeries and provided professional advice. Thank you for the warm, professional and kind approach. We are very appreciative.
Mr Dean was very pleasant and welcoming at all appointments. Professional and clear with his instructions. We were seen fairly swiftly on arrival. A joy to deal with and he had a good attitude unlike some who think they are better than everyone else. Very patient and put us at ease straightaway.
Mr Dean was very professional, a good listener and gave me reassurance before the operations and answered all my questions afterwards. I had complete confidence in him and knew I was in good hands.
