Practice Plus Group Hospital, Birmingham

I already had a hip replacement, this was carried out at a Nuffield private hospital 13 years ago. My recent replacement to my other hip was carried out at the Edgbaston Practice Plus Hospital by Mr Malek. My surgery went really well, the scar is much smaller and there was a lot less muscle impact, this has resulted in a very speedy recovery and the hip has felt really secure from the offset. I think the speed, professionalism and quality of the whole team (and especially Mr Malek) has been exemplary. I would happily recommend both the surgeon and the hospital.

Went for a vasectomy, hospital was very clean, staff were very professional, supportive and friendly.

Hospital was easy to find and lots of parking. I was early for my appointment but reception staff led me to where I could sit with a coffee until my appointment time. My appt was scheduled for 0830 but I wasn’t seen until 0900 and there didn’t seem to be a reason why but I was apologised to for the wait.

A very clean and inviting practice. All staff were exponentially helpful. The appointment itself was prompt and professional.
