His clinical interests include functional urology, prostate cancer, and urethral reconstruction, with a focus on providing effective treatment for complex urological disorders.

Mr Sinclair completed a BSc (Hons) at the University of London in 1995 before graduating in medicine with an MB BS from the same university in 1998. He later achieved Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Urology (FRCS Urol) in 2009, following specialist training in urological surgery.

I have suffered with weak bladder control and urgency to urinate for some time and my local GP tried to control with medication Unfortunately this did not work and I was referred to “Professor Andrew Sinclair”. After several appointments and tests we decided that the medication was not working and a Botox injection into the neck of the bladder was the next stage of my treatment I had to be shown how to self catheterize before the procedure which I was worried about but once shown this was not problem I had the Botox procedure done that has to be completed by going down the penis. This was a little uncomfortable but not painful at all After the procedure the urgency and bladder control was massively improved Over the past few months I am able to lead a very active life and I have had no worries about bladder control and always looking for a toilet I would recommend this Botox procedure to anybody as it’s changed my life Thank you Professor Sinclair
